Juice Plus Warm/Cold Shake Meal

Cold Shake Meal > Drain the coconut water into a thermo/blender from a young coconut > scoop out and add soft flesh from inside> 1/2 cup ice and 1/2 sachet Juice Plus Vanilla/Chocolate shake. Blend for 30s on high and enjoy!

Warm Shake Meal > Drain the coconut water into a saucepan from the young coconut(warm) > scoop out soft flesh from inside and place in thermo/blender > add 1/2 sachet Juice Plus Vanilla/Chocolate Shake > add warm coconut water > blend 30s on high and enjoy!

Some of you may already be familiar with my love for raw coconuts. Ever since Jye was one I used them to wean him off the breast. Coconut water is a great way to replace electrolytes and rehydrate, fantastic for diabetics, healthy calories and protein all-in-one. A delicious dairy alternative if you can't eat yoghurt. Unfortunately as the coconut ages the water becomes higher in natural sugars. This is why I'm in love with the young coconuts. You can drain the water as well as scoop out the soft flesh inside to make delectable treats like date DF yoghurt. So with the new and improved juice plus complete shake that's higher in protein, fibre and lower in sugar you can enjoy a guilt free treat.
