Classes 1on1 organised by appointment only in Michelle's North Avoca studio. Parents can come and wait during the class.

The concept behind this well designed Kids Yoga Program is to help your children find their happy, calm self and have fun along the way. It offers children and teenagers a way to develop their uniquesness and happily be themselves. 

 

What is Yoga and Mindfulness for Children and Teenagers?

Connecting the whole person through mind-body-breath. In a world where stress is common it is so important to teach young children as little as two, the tools to use in diluting mental, emotional and physical stress on their bodies. These become life skills and commonsense in the future years if practiced regularly in a fun and safe environment. 

Children learn how to move, speak, share, socialise and breathe all in a non judgmental space developing a kind balanced self.
