I've been training with Michelle for over a year now, and I can definitely see the results. The workouts Michelle has given me are clearly tailored to suit my needs as an individual as a swimmer. It's a credit to her that she can be so flexible with scheduling in sessions. The personal sessions we have are always tough, leaving me feeling great and a little sore. I feel stronger in the water, able to hold my body position in all aspects of swimming skills, and my core has definitely improved. Her personable and fun nature means I can question her when I think something's not right for my own training, and she's happy to move the program around so I feel more comfortable. I have been training with Michelle Dexter for months. Michelle was recommended to me by another competitive swimmer. She has designed an exercise and stretching program to complement my swimming training and also provides nutritional guidance. She has a brilliant understanding of the muscle mechanics of swimming and was able to design a program specifically targeted at improving my main strokes of freestyle and breaststroke. The program has been extremely effective at increasing my core strength and flexibility, improving my general fitness, strength and race performance and also reducing the incidence of injury. Michelle has been very flexible about training times and comes to my house for training sessions. She is highly motivating and encouraging and follows up with me regularly on-line between training sessions. She understands my goals and is helping me to achieve them. She is an absolutely fantastic personal trainer and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

No bargains, no bludging and it's still fun.
Shel finds inventive ways to make exercise fun, keeping me enthused. When your not one to love exercise, shel knows just the right amount of encouragement and motivation to drive me to my limits which I would never do on my own, not to mention laughing whilst doing so. Shel also has a wealth of knowledge in nutritional support for my monotonous bad eating habits. No bargains, no bludging and it's still fun. Shel even somehow found a way for me to enjoy running 'by myself.'

I find Michelle a very inspiring trainer. She understands my physical limitations and considers that when she plans the programme. In saying that she will also encourage me to try and extend myself that little bit more, which in my mind, is the job of the personal trainer. The sessions are carefully planned to incorporate each client and their needs. We enjoy all of the challenges Michelle puts before us. It's a lot of fun training with your friends and we have all formed a special bond and really enjoy our early morning sessions with Michelle. We have certainly come a long way to maintaining our fitness and enjoying our life more because of it.
