Best value for money. Come to any class everyday for only $25/week. With balance in mind this is the key to sucess, Be Energised offers Pilates, Yoga, Fitness and Stretch classes all run by Michelle Dexter. Just like any human being Michelle does need holidays to reset and rebuild energy to help you achieve your goals and with this in mind a few months a year may be decreased in cost due to weeks the studio is shut. Notice will always be given for any inconveniece this may cause.

Monthly Member costs have been calculated on an average over a year as members benefit from some months being a few days longer than 4 weeks and the unfortunate months for some members where public holidays fall or Michelle is on a short break we see this as being fair. If you can squeeze in another class on these months this is where your membership really benefits you.

A $5 late fee will apply for any payments made after the due date as admin fees are incurred. Aplogies for the inconvenience of extra charges although following up late payments is a cost to the business and time preparing for classes.

Please email michelle@beenergised.com.au for a pre exercise information form to fill out prior to starting your class.

SQUARE PAYMENT HAS A SURCHARGE ON TOP OF ABOVE STUDIO COST/HOUR(Accepts mosts cards for payment.)

Am I at a beginner, intermediate or advanced  level for my first class?

A Pilates and Yoga Beginner is anyone new to Pilates and Yoga or who have only attended 1-2 yoga/pilates classes before.

If you are a beginner or have been given medical clearance by your doctor or have just had a baby or surgery in the last 8 weeks  a 1on1 session is preferred before joining your forst class to establish where your needs lie for Pilates, Yoga and Functional Fitness classes. This 1on1 will give your the core skills to more easily guide you through your next class as a group.

Who is an intermediate Class for?

A Pilates and Yoga Intermediate class is for anyone who has practiced group or 1on1 Pilates and Yoga regularly before, wanting to enhance their strength, fitness and focus on your unique goals.

Small group Pilates and Yoga (up to 10 people) is a great way to keep in shape and feel your best on a weekly basis creating variety in every class, having your on personal motivator and support along the way, greater focus on your unique goals following a results-based program. Personalised programs are optimised at the BE Energised North Avoca studio keeping the groups in a small setting, Michelle has more time to get around to helping you with technique perfection and questions you may have along the way we can speak about after the class.

How often should I do classes?

For basic strength 2-3 classes a week.

Serious about making change tp your body shape 4-5 classes a week.

The benefits of a Pilates and Yoga class normally last for 24-48 hours depending on your lifestyle so regular and consistent classes throughout the week are recommended. Leaving long breaks between classes can decrease strength gains, tighten muscles and leave energy levels unbalanced. For a healthy lifestyle find a regular routine that works well for you each week.
