As a Personal Trainer, Pilates and Kids Yoga instructor for 12 years running BE Energised, Michelle Dexter has design a program combining all components of fitness in order to make a day progam fun for kids whilst getting fitter and stronger faster. 

With the experience of working at Abbotsleigh School for girls from 2006-2017, Michelle kept the boarders fit and healthy, put all the first grade sports through their paces and land training for the gold swim squad all year round. Michelle is an experienced and fully qualified to keep kids minds and bodies moving in a safe and fun way building healthy strong and balanced bodies for whatever sport they choose in the future. 

The day will begin with a warm up, fun and games then move into ball drills, skills and games through the morning. We will have a recess and lunch break where the kids will remain watched and looked after by myself the whole time within the Industry Grounds still and all activities will be held in the FLEX Dance Studio with bathrooms next door(always with a friend). Returning from lunch a mixture of Pilates and Yoga combined with - fitballs, yoga balls & bands will begin with stability, core and balance activities preparing them for fun active yogalates related games for the afternoon.

To finish the day there will be 30mins of down time, mindfulness and a chance to escape with meditation/relaxation(whatever you like to call it) where the children learn/practice down time/thinking time/checking in with their bodies, recognising stresses and viualising 'letting it all go.' Happy mind builds a happy self. Happy self promotes healthy decisions.
