Protein Balls

Ingredients

 

1 Cup Almonds

1 Cup Walnuts

1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds

1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds

Honey

'Preservative free' Coconut OR Chia Seeds.

 

Place nuts, sunflower and pumpkin seeds into a food processor and breakdown until bread crumb-like. Add honey whilst still churning until well combined.

Roll into small twenty cent round balls and roll in coconut or Chia seeds for higher protein.

Store in a container in the fridge.

Makes approx 15 balls.
