What are the advantages of eating raw foods?

When you sit down for a meal have you ever asked yourself: "What do I need? Instead of, "what do I feel like?"

It actually makes life alot easier when you narrow these decisions down.

The key to inlcuding raw foods in your diet is listening to your body and considering the environment and your lifestyle - and it's NOT as difficult as you think.

Theory behind raw food eating is, anything kept below 40dC - hasn't been denatured by heat processing, thereby retaining maximum nutrients.

Remember this when your preparing your bub's food. When they are still so tiny and only able to take in so much, it's vital what they get in is nutrient dense.

More than just the obvious fruits and vegetables, it should also include proteins such as, nuts, seeds, sprouted grains and fish.
