Winter Nourishment 'recipe'

Spend the colder months with a balanced chi' eating warm brown rice pudding for a nourishing breakfast and a wholesome snack between meals.

Brown Rice Pudding ~

Cook 1 Cup raw brown rice, strain and rinse. Place in thermo or pot on stove 

Add 400ml Pure harvest coconut milk or pre homemade/milk of your choice,

2Tbs farm harvested honey,

1tsp cinnamon, 1tsp nutmeg and 1tsp organic vanilla bean paste

2 eggs.

Cook on at 100d thermo speed of 2 'reverse' for 5mins or stir while it cooks through.

Increase speed to 4 on reverse for 20s for thermo.

Serve and eat immendiately or cool and set in fridge where it will thicken when set. Reheat and serve warm when necessary.
