Here for the first time these Spring holidays I will be combining Fitness, Yoga & Pilates activities into the one session time over a few days bringing BE Energised KIDS Yoga to the next level with FitKIDS Yoga.

As a Fitness, Pilates, Yoga Trainer and Qualified Remedial Massage therapist I realise the importance of a wide range of health and fitness components that make up a healthy happy balanced child. Here for the first time these Spring holidays I will be combining Fitness, Yoga & Pilates activities into the one session time over a few days bringing BE Energised KIDS Yoga to the next level with FitKIDS Yoga.

We all want the same thing- our children to grow up happy and healthy, right? To hear that a decrease in childhood exercise is on the rise, discovering that attention deficit, hyperactivity and anxiety disorders are becoming more common.....I want to offer a program that not only teaches a child to be calm and happy within themselves, capable of having self kindness and kindness towards others, but as well building childrens confidence towards their physical strength. Their ability to join in different sports and be good at it because their parents have given them the opportunity in FitKIDS Yoga to improve:

Agility, balance, Body Composition, Cardiovascular Endurance, Coordination, Flexibility, Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Power, Reaction Time and Speed. No wonder adults invest in a qualified Fitness Trainer and or group sessions to achieve health and fitness goals. All or one of these components of fitness are needed to perform physical fitness, sport, exercise. If you give your child the opportunity to develop these skills you are opening up their ability to do well in every sport, build their confidence, be happy within themselves and stay fit and healthy. With the help of BE Energised FitKIDS holiday program combining mind-body fitness modalities, children can grow and develop into strong, healthy and centred adults. Bad posture, muscle tightness and shallow breathing are not a normal state of being but with the increased amount of sitting kids are doing these days sports skills are decreasing, poor postural habits are increasing and confidence in the real world drops.

In the past BE Energised KIDS Yoga have run holiday programs which included delegated times to practice minfulness, kindness and meditation practice amongst Yoga Strength poses. This will still be an important part of KIDS Yoga I will incorperate into FitKIDS Yoga.
