One day CLEAN EATING plan

Breakfast > Warm apple cider vinegar(1Tbs) drink with Manuka honey(1/2tsp opt) in a short glass warm water >

Beetroot, ginger, cucumber and pineapple juice.

800ml+ water water water

Lunch > Left over roast lamb/chicken/beef/salmon pan sear with asparagus and cajun spice tossed with baby spinach, alfalfa and sprinkle with pumkin seeds and sheeps/goats cheese. Drizzle olive oil and balasamic or apple cidar vinegar if you prefer.

800ml+ water water water

Dinner > Broccoli soup > www.thermosmile.com/healthy-thermomix-broccoli-soup/

1 glass lemon water and or a chamomile tea.
