This year we have touched base on balancing out the endocrine system in my Yoga classes. Those who have joined in these classes have loved every bit of the extra knowledge they gain in every class as well as the physical benefits to balancing out hormones.

This recipe has been a favorite of mine for a while but will be fantastic to try now it's spring and leading into summer with berries in season! Gut healing, good fats, protein and superfood rich all in one smoothie. (note, you may need to eat it with a spoon)! Makes 1-2 glasses. 

1 Cup full fat organic coconut milk

1Tbs Powdered Beef collagen

1Tbs Organic extra virgin coconut oil

1 Cup baby spinach leaves

2 Brazil nuts

1 Avocado

1 Celery stick

1Tbs Maca powder

1 Cup organic frozen berries(while they're fresh and cheap, wash them in water and lemon juice or vinegar for 30mins to remove most chemicals then freeze).
