Nutty GF Museli
Gluten free(GF) Dairy free(DF) Sugar free(SF), Low Glycemic Index(GI) and high protein
GO FOR IT....
Soak the following ingredients for 8 hours in a bowl of water:
1 Cup Raw Buckwheat
1 Cup Raw Cashews
3/4 Cup Raw Almonds
6Tbs Mixed Pumpkin Seeds and Sunflower Seeds
4Tbs Sesame Seeds
10 Dates
Pre heat oven on 100, drain ingredients then pulse in a thermomix or food processor just briefly, spread out on a baking tray and bake till dry and slightly golden.
Pour into a glass jar and store. I only ever need 3/4 Cup at a time(stoked about this). Top with powdered probiotic, sliced strawberries, 1tsp Jarrah honey and Macadamia milk.
Once you've made a large batch like this you'll be surprised how long it lasts. Thirs sort of pre made museli you buy in a scoop whole food shop sells for around $56/kg + so enjoy home making.
